I bought a Mondi bed frame in February from UFO online.. the bed came..in a week the middle legs started to bend.. I emailed them and they said I must buy a carpet to put under the bed imagineš³then eventually the legs broke.. I kept on sending them emails with pictures and calls but never received help.. I then decided to go to one of the branches in Pretoria Kolonade to report the matter.. they gave me contacts of the manager of the online store and I reported the matter once more and send her pictures, she kept on saying she will escalate the matter to higher authority.. today again I contact her she says she sprained her ankle and is booked off, she will only follow up on the matter when she get back to work.. I want my money back they can have their bed back.. it's 7months now with a broken uncomfortable bed from UFO
