Until now no money was credited to my account since march 14. It was really a big inconvenience, I need the money. This should be put to legal action because lots of people have issue with uae exchange.in this time of crisis, we badly need our money for our daily life. Its almost a month, it is not acceptable to delay our money. They should send it asap!

My employee is unable to withdraw her feb salary which was transferred by beginning of march. It has been a whole month in which they are telling us the system will open in a couple of days. Highly irresponsible, as people rely on their salary for their day to day, and nobody seem to care. anyone has a suggestion how to take this forward ?people's life is at stake

I have read so many complaints related to Same problem on this page, has anyone received any update from UAE-Exchange.
If not, what are you planning to do and how can we together fight this?
Do you think it would be wise to all of us together go to their headquarters and talk to someone senior and understand because the customer representatives are not equipped to handle our queries.

My salary account is with UAE Exchange. I am not able to withdraw money from last one month as all branches are closed. Customer care are not responding on calls or emails. They are not even informing when will it be operational so that we can take our salary.

I am in deep trouble as this is the only source of money to me.

The subject tansaction was done online on 3rd march 2020.

Due to delay in remittance and your internal issues, you confirmed refunding the amount of aed 25000/- to my bank account.

I provided bank details long back. Even after 35 days amount is not refunded.

No response to my mails even.

Please refund immediately.

I did the transaction on 14 March 2020 (for money transfer in bank account in Pakistan)
And transaction number is

Their helpline is not taking call, nor replying for emial and their counter staff don't have any information.

Please take the action on it

Transaction initiated on 14-mar-2020 failed to credit funds and I request you to reverse the transaction and credit back the transaction amount of 100000 AED into my AED account.
But this date no response received from UAE exchange and no funds credited.
i already raised an issue with central bank. Please suggest me if action is pending from my side.

I have requested the cancellation 10 days ago, provided UAE exchange with my AC, IBAN, but my UAExchange app is not showing proccessed, no calls are answered for three days

Sending money through uae exchange 14th march still no get money. Visit to uae exchange branch they telling call customer care, customer care no answer the call. What should I do if not possible transfer the money please refund. Transaction no.[protected] .

I made a online transaction to transfer aed 50000 on 5th March. But till 12th March my money didn't reach, then I requested them to cancel the transaction and they promised that money will be credited in my account in 3 working days. I have sent more than 20 mails to them, they replied only on 19th March, where they said, my money will be refunded on 23rd March. But till date my money is not refunded. I already raise a complaint with Central bank UAE. Now even they stop answering on customer service. I had one personal relationship manager for privileged customer, even she is not picking the phone. My online transaction number is [protected].

I had made a transaction to India via UAE exchange online from UAE on 04/03/2020 (Transaction ID - [protected]), but even after 8 days, it was not credited to the account. So, I contacted the customer and send mail to cancel the transaction on 12/03/2020. I was informed that the refund would be done within 3-4 business days. But even after several calls to customer care and reminder emails, the money has not been credited until now. All I receive is an automatic email response. They don't even reply to my emails now. This is a terrible disappointment and I really don't know what to do now

Like many of the others here, I have made a transaction on March 6th. After 15 days the money was not credited to my bank account in Europe. After the cancellation on March 21st still have not received the refund. I have been told that this will be refunded to my UAE account in 3-4 bank working days which has not happened yet. It is not possible to reach out to costumer service agents anymore.

It has been a nightmare dealing with UAE exchange. and now even it's tough to reach out customer care too even after waiting for 15 to 20 mins in queue.

Its already more than 26 days since have transferred the money and i have called more than 10 times and emailed more than 15 time but never got any concrete response. every single time, i have got different excuses from them. To name a few, holi holidays, Yes bank moratorium, RBI approval not in place, yes bank approval not recd, cancellation is pending at yes bank, audit is going on by UAE central bank, local account is frozen by UAE CENTRAL bank etc, and now call centers are closed because of this corona issue.

Very bad experience with UAE exchange.

Inspire of innumerable calls and multiple mails/visits to UAE exchange Branch to confirm my transaction status; to get a clarify whether my funds have been successfully transferred or not, the negligence shown is outright disrespectful and belittling towards a customer.

My transaction number is [protected]. The transfer was for AED 29000/- and the funds were supposed to be remitted as it was an emergency...

It has been a nightmare dealing with UAE exchange, and since it was one my very first transaction with this exchange it was indeed a bitter experience.

Moving forward, I see only two options in front of me.
1. The funds are transferred to my recipients bank account/Refunded back to my UAE bank account (or)
2. I will have to register a petition and a criminal case against UAE exchange within the upcoming week.

I have patiently waited for 2 weeks starting from my initial date of transfer i.e 14th March 2020. I am ready to wait for another few days.

After such time I will be forced to take stringent measure to defend myself personal/financial status. And to keep a sane mind.

I seriously urge each and every one to come forward because if you don't, Chances of we get our hard earned money back are definitely not in our favor.

With reference to Transaction Number - [protected], I transferred 10k AED to India ICICI Account on 15th March, but till now my account didnt get credited with amount. I have done this transaction through UAE Exchange Al Fahidi Branch - Dubai.

I tried calling Customer Care Number several times but not able to reach any person as line says all are busy.

Please help me in cancelling this transaction and in getting my money back.

Deeply regret being a customer to you for over a decade .

You did not deliver the remittance of AED 25000/- made on 3rd March 2020 . After follow up you agreed to refund the money which did not happen.

I am getting standard replies with no update on refund information. I am stuck in India due to COVID -19 and unable to reach you .

How long

My husband send 40, 000 AED on 2 March 2020 and the amount is still not credited. My father is hospitalised in Mumbai and we need the money urgently, We are following up constantly over email and calls with UAE exchange but their standard reply is the company is under audit. The owner of the company has been arrested for fraudulent activities.We have definitely lost our money as informed to us by an employee working in the company and so have the others complaining. The only Option now is to file a class action legal suit which requires all the complainant's to come together. The company is soon going to be liquidated, only registered legal complaints will be looked at by auditor for payment during litigation. I urge you all to come together and fight this so that we have some chance of recovering our hard earned money

The remittance has been made on 4th March 2020 but it wasn't credited on my recipient bank. I was promised a refund almost 2 weeks ago!

This is awful service and am owed 10k AED. Completely unacceptable and feels like theft I'm afraid.

Tried to call their call centre, nothing is picking the phone. Tried contacting their branches but call is just dropping. No luck.

Tried also sending email, but only auto response mail is received.
