Hankotrade 20k withdrawal being denied for no reason - no response from support for 1 week!

I placed a withdrawal request of 20,000 USD on Tuesday (28 December), and my withdrawal was delayed for 2 days without any explanation. The next day (Wednesday 28 Dec) I noticed that they had simply "DENIED" the withdrawal - still without ANY response from either of their 2 support email addresses ([protected]@hankotrade.com and [protected]@hankotrade.com...
