After years of keeping the Dinar I bought from them, and the value has been flat, I cashed it in.I stored my Dinar in an envelope. When I mailed it in they said it had holes from staples.?Basically, they were worthless.I asked them to mail my Dinar back.Nope.Haven't received them.That was months ago.Buyer beware.

This company has no integrity. Terrible experience with SafeDinar.com. I ordered the currency exchange service from them, and they called me, said they were shipping it, and never gave me a tracking number. This was for overnight delivery, they charged me extra for it, and it has been 5 days later. I have literally spoken to 7 people, and they all tell me something different, but it's been shipped off with no tracking number. I am now talking to my attorney to see next steps because this company is a fraud.

I've made several purchases from SafeDinar.com. Each order has been filled accurately and was shipped quickly - overnight after proof of payment was posted on their website. Though it's difficult for the average person to identify counterfeit currency, the money I received looks genuine (i.e. it contains watermarks, holograms, and other security features) and comes with a certificate of authenticity. My only issues are (1) that SafeDinar.com only accepts cash on delivery (no wire transfers), and (2) there is no option to adjust delivery date with SafeDinar.com for customer convenience.

Purchased 1million Iraq Dinar for USD $971.00 Package received held 1/2 Million Iraq dinar. Purchased IQD from safedinar for many years with no problems and have been very satisfied with services and product, I am a “Diamond" status customer so called and talked to customer service about package they said video showed that I received all that I ordered but if that was true then why am I missing half my order.

Hello - I placed an order with SafeDinar.com on Thursday, May 20th for currency that was listed as available. The order was processed and approved on the same day. As part of the transaction, I paid for overnight delivery. I have reached out to SafeDinar.com a couple of times. The first time, I received a very generic response and the second one I was informed that my order was unexpectedly delayed due to supplier transportation issues (they don't have the currency). My issue is that they listed the currency as available and still list it as available (see attachment). How is it a supplier issue when they still list the currency as available? Why do I need to pay overnight shipping if they can't get the currency?
