In March 2022, I contracted the servers of Two Marines Moving to pack, move, and store my household goods until I could move into a new residence in June 2022. After the move-in was completed, I filed a claim for missing and damaged items. Two Marines Claims Office agreed to pay $700.00 for missing and damaged goods which was well below the value of damaged and missing items. The problem is that Two Marines Moving has been promising to send payment since August 2022 and it's been approximately 120 days of promises to send payment to no avail.
Here is the pattern of email response I keep getting from Two Marines since August 2022. "I apologize for the inconvenience, I am not making up excuses. It's very hard at times when you are the only person in the department, and I talk to a lot of people about damage claims. I will be sending the check-out to you ASAP so we can have this taken care of."
I have emailed the managers and still no payment as of 12/2/2022.
