I believe Twitter/X Banned My IP Address because every time I try to create another Twitter/X Account I keep receiving a Error message saying that Oops, something went wrong Please try again later (As Shown in the Picture) So I waited for 4 days then I try to create my Twitter/X account again but I keep receiving the same Error message. Also I tried to the clear cache, clear storage, use different browsers, delete the Twitter/X App reinstall it, updated the Twitter/X App, Restart my phone and use different devices but unfortunately I keep receiving the same Error message then I contacted Twitter/X Customer support through the Twitter/X help center but unfortunately they were no help at all.
Desired outcome: I just want Twitter/X to Unban my IP Address so I can able to create my Twitter/X Account Again.

I wanted to subscribe to Twitter/X Premium Subscription for the first time ever because I wanted to get the benefits such as No More Ads, be able to Download My Favorite Videos, Get Better Customer Support etc. but unfortunately once I put all of my card information correctly, made sure that I have more than enough on my card balance and ready to pay for the Twitter/X Premium Subscription I keep receiving this Error message saying that my card has been declined (As Shown in the Picture) Also I contacted my bank and they said everything is fine on their end. So I contacted Twitter/X Customer support through the Twitter/X help center but unfortunately they were no help at all.
