I've had a twitter account for YEARS with no problems. All of a sudden last week I'm BLOCKED and can't get into my account!
I emailed twitter to find out what is going on, and all I get is a robo-email telling me my account is blocked. LIKE DUH!
I tried several ways to get my account unblocked, following their information on their site, and non of them worked. So, I tried emailing them again...only now I get a message stating I can't email support unless I'm logged into my account! WTF?!
So I research this and find another way to email twitter support to find out what the hell is going on, and it's been over a week now, and I've NEVER gotten a response!
What a lousy, [censored]ty company! NO professionalism at all, NO ethics of any kind, and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND!
Fine, don't need them. They can go to hell.
