Twin County Driving School review: cars used for driving lessons

I used this company for lessons for my daughter for driving lessons. Well my first complaint is when the car pulled up it looked like it was going to fall apart. The tires were extremely bald, smoke coming out of exhaust, filthy dirty windows, and crack in the windshield. I decided I did not want my daughter taking lessons in this car that looks so unsafe. I told the woman instructor that I do not feel comfortable at all with my daughter in this car. She had told me all of his cars are like this and constantly breaking down.
