BEWARE- terrible customer service. We've ordered a Wondermax blender and received a parcel just 2 days later, BUT they've delivered a wrong item. Getting the wrong item replaced became very cumbersome and lengthy. After given instructions we have sent back the wrong item per LBCExpress a day after it was delivered. Now 10 days after they have received the item, we haven't heard anything. I've sent them two mails in that week without a response. I called their service line twice and once they have the information they tell me they'll check and call me back, but then didn't call back. At this point I have canceled the order and I demanded my money back, which I haven't received yet.
Bought WONDER MAX. Now it's broken. Been leaving messages with Home Tv Shopping agents thru cell- NO FEEDBACK.
If you sell something, you'd better have a service center for them. And please, abusing nyo customer service nyo.
I bought from tvshopping in May 7, 2016 and was happily using it for more than 2 years until today. Sadly after calling tvshopping l, there’s no service center for wondermax? Urgh!...

Bumili din ako ng, pest reject pro dito, not effective, lahat ng pest nasa bahay parin, hndi ko malaman Kung pano ako nauto ng advertisement nila bwisit! Ngaun 20 days ko na hnihntay refund ko, tapos bago ko makuha refund ko may babayaran daw ako 250 pesos sa nag nagdeliver! Wtf!
