I am paying $800 for where only half (one unit) works, I had to wait some time for the stand, when I unpacked the non working unit the power plug protector was off, this makes me think the item was a used unit, I sent them a photo of the unit not working, explaining to them I have tried everything from the instructions and turn every way, and still does not work, the other one works, why not this one? They sent a e mail stating a ticket has been placed, and I would be contacted shortly, but no one has, I am worried as I now find I have to pay for the return? Due to they sent a faulty unit? Does want me to die over this tiva faulty unit they sent? As I do not have health over such stress and hardship this unit is causing.

Desired outcome: peace of mind and full working units.
