It's impossible to reach anyone in the Ocala Office...there are always ten callers waiting. I have been trying to reach someone regarding service that was promised for May 19. This date was scheduled because an earlier date (5/14) no one showed. Please explain to me what is going on. We NEVER had this problem when it was Regal!
