Turner Arabia review: ford expedition and ford rangers

Dear Sir,
We, Turner Arabia, affiliated company to Turner Construction International operating in KSA since 1991 in construction project management. Currently we have Housing Complex project in Dhahran with Saudi Aramco. We have already bought (87) ford vehicles mainly expeditions and ranger types (see attachment # 1) . On 5th January 2017 we bought Extended Service Plan (ESP) from Al Jazeera based on the their quote provided for this purpose where they stated that the Company (Al Jazeera provide a booklet (ESP) with serial number for each and every vehicle ONCE REGISTERED IN THE PLAN. (see attachment # 2). We have been told by the Al Jazeera and understood from them during the negotiation that the ESP is for THREE YEARS OR 64, 000/- KM whichever occurs first. I.e. (EIGHT SERVICES each vehicle). We discovered upon receiving the ESP booklets that the starting/validity date of these booklets are from Warranty Start date contradicting to what was agreed for. For your information the Ford Rangers model 2013 were bought from them during 2015 and 2016. See attached list # 1. We refused to sign these booklets once we discover this conflicts in dates.

We met Mr. Mustafa Algrose – Reginal Manager for Maintenance in Eastern Region /KSA to discuss this issue and offered us to extend the ESP for 17 cars only out of the 87 vehicles. ( see attached email # 3 (in Arabic).

We hereby filing this complain against Al Jazeera Vehicles Agencies Co.

Looking for your support and justification to solve this issue made by them, taking into account that the project is still in the first stages. This requires for a fleet cars may reach to (300) vehicles and above.
