I have been charged almost $15 for a year for a product I didn't buy. There is not installed in my computer/phone or laptop. I mentioned this to, what is supposed to be a customer support, they gave me generic answers like "sorry for your inconvenience but our refund policy bla bla bla", I don't even think they have a fraud department. They just don't really care. They provided me a device from it was supposedly purchased (does not exist in my house). I am going to involve higher instances, because this is definitely fraud. I work in the technology industry, and lots of companies have this included on their refund policies. In this case, there are a lot of gaps. I hope someone help me because this is unfair.

TunesKit is a total waste of time and money. I tried to use it to recover some lost data from my phone, but it didn't work at all. I was really disappointed with the service. It's a complete scam. They don't care about their customers at all. They just want your money.

The worst part is that when I tried to get a refund, they fought me every step of the way. They refused to give me my money back, even though their product didn't work. It was a total nightmare. I would never recommend TunesKit to anyone. It's a complete rip-off.

Save yourself the trouble and find a different product to use. There are plenty of other options out there that actually work and won't scam you out of your hard-earned money. Don't waste your time with TunesKit. It's not worth it.

So, yeah, I wouldn't recommend TunesKit to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

So, I went ahead and ordered from TunesKit's website since they claim to have 24/7 customer service. Their website also says that their software is delivered in less than an hour, but usually within minutes. However, it's been a full 24 hours and I still haven't received any email from them. I tried to contact them through email and Twitter multiple times, but I never received any response. It's really frustrating because I was really looking forward to trying out their software, but now I can't even give you a review of it. I just want to warn other potential buyers to be careful when dealing with TunesKit.

So, I tried out TunesKit and downloaded their trial version. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I couldn't open the file and convert it to the format I needed. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and purchased the licensed software. However, I was disappointed again. Even though the m4v file showed up in their software window, nothing happened when I tried to convert it. I was really frustrated and felt like I wasted my money. I would advise others to be careful and not waste their money like I did.

But, they said that it was too late and that their return policy only lasts for 5 days. If they had just responded to me when I first asked for a refund, everything would have been fine. But, they didn't and now I'm out of luck. It's a pretty shady way of doing business if you ask me. They just take your money and run. So, if you're thinking about using TunesKit, just be careful. You might end up regretting it.

This company is terrible, they falsely advertise their product. They claimed to have a money back guarantee, but when I tried their $30 software for my iPhone, it failed to restore the firmware in just 20 minutes. I was able to get it done for free later, but when I asked for a refund, they only gave me half of my purchase back. This is completely unacceptable, especially since they advertised a money back guarantee. Don't waste your money on this scam software. It's completely useless and their advertising is completely false. I am a 100% dissatisfied customer.

I bought iOS System Recovery from Tuneskit, hoping it would help me recover my iPhone from a problem I was having with iTunes. Unfortunately, Tuneskit didn't work any better than iTunes did. I feel like I wasted my money on this product. Tuneskit claims to be able to fix up to 50 different kinds of iOS system issues on iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. However, no matter what problem I marked, the solution was always the same: reinstalling the firmware. And Tuneskit can't install unsigned firmware, which is a major limitation. I purchased the 1-Month License with auto-renewal, but now I want to cancel and I can't figure out how to do it. If you don't want to waste your money and time, I recommend that you don't buy Tuneskit.

So, I was trying to get some audio back from my screen recordings and thought TunesKit might be the answer. But as soon as I opened the app, my phone went into lockdown mode with the "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" screen. I soldiered on and downloaded the firmware I needed, but then I found out that the "free version" only lets you restore your phone. If I wanted to keep going with my audio recovery, I had to pay up for the full version. And when I tried to update and restore my phone through iTunes, that didn't work either. It's like they're holding my phone hostage or something!
