Avoid this place at all costs. They scratched my car during a wash and completely mishandled the situation for over five months. First, they blamed their manager for not filing the damage report—then later told me they had fired that manager. They kept saying the claim was being processed and that I’d receive a check in 7 business days—that never happened. We had to call them every few days because they never followed up on their own. Each time, they gave a new deadline that came and went with no resolution. Patrick contacted me once, promised he was working on it, and then ghosted us. The damage to my car was over $1,000, and they never took responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. Do not trust them—take your car somewhere else.
