They email you Walmart survey and then ask you to pay $1.99 for shipping then enter your shipping address then when you hit submit it charges your card $1.99 plus $89.00

I asked for a refund and there is a 3rd party customer service that answers the phone but not giving out refunds.

This is a scam and they should be stopped giving out false info to scam people of money
