This out fir is a total scam! Max minsker and leah s
Are the two slithery serpents that you will encounter first... They do a good job of selling the service but everything goes straight downhill after that... No communication, poor customer service and blatant disregard for honoring their empty promises...

This fraud company will only give you headaches and stress. I don't care who you choose to prepare your tax return or bookkeeping just don't choose this shady operation.

Here is how they treat their customers after they get your money:
"hi marvin,

I would like to provide some clarity on a few things here, I hope this will clear things up!

First and foremost, there will absolutely not be a refund issued in this case. Furthermore, you should be extremely thankful that bookmate has not terminated its engagement with you thus far due to your erratic and completely unprofessional behavior, lack of substantive responses to our inquiries, and misinformation regarding the operations of your company.

I would also like to clarify the record on a particular point you made in your email to charlie (and a point you have made to me before): not only did you agree to potentially having an extension filed, you agreed to do so in writing, in a legally binding document when you signed our engagement letter, which I have attached here.

As I am sure you know based on your threat to file a claim with your bank, companies do not often win chargeback claims. However, in this case, we have a legally binding document, signed by you, stating that you are responsible for these fees even in the event of termination of the contract.

We have been trying to file your return, but the biggest obstacle we have encountered in doing so is your unwillingness to cooperate with our firm in gathering the necessary information.

If you cancel this transaction with your bank, two things will likely happen:
1. You will lose the dispute due to the fact that you have signed away your right to dispute the charge. And also because your claims are fraudulent (in both legal & practical terms).
2. Your taxes are all but guaranteed to be late and you will face penalties.

Due to the circumstances described above, bookmate would be more than justified in terminating its engagement with you right now, without a refund. However, why create a lose-lose situation when everyone can win.

If you can provide us with the information we require in a timely manner, we will be able to file your tax return and everything will be fine.

However, if you continue to berate bookmate's employees for no just cause and threaten us isning baseless accusations, I will have no choice but to terminate our engagement immediately.

Consider this your final warning.

Cheers,

Max"

Desired outcome: 100% Refund
