Truworth / MTN review: Wish I can get help

My name is Vusumuzi Mazibuko. I am writing with a heavy heart bought a phone at truworth on the 5 of Juy since then the phone has been giving me problem I send it back to them with no help they just wip everything and brought it back once I install app I am back to square one. I asked them for refund or anew phone with all went into vain. On the 22 of November I took it back till today my phone is with them they never contacted me on the 4th of this month went to the shop was send to piller and post. I so wish I can get help cause with truworth there is nothing tangible. It's a Hisence e32 Pro service provide mtn.
