Needless to say, I think that True is absolutely THE best gas company in Ga. They are consistent in their rates and strive to do the best for their customers. They are the best and that is why I am one of their long time customers. And...will continue to be.

I've been with True Natural Gas for several years. Their price is competitive and service is great. At one point I had locked in for the next year, the rate went down and they lowered my rate with a quick phone call which I thought was great customer service!

True consistently provides reliable gas service at the best rates in the area. I was concerned when my previous provider sold out to True, but they have continued to maintain high levels of customer service and the best per therm and customer service rates in the area.

True natural gas has always had great customer service. Even when my contract is soon to expire, I receive an email from them and can go to a link they provide and just answer a few questions and I'm renewed. As a valued customer they give me a discount for upcoming services.

True Natural Gas as a coop provides a very fair rate and discounts for customer loyalty. Always one of the best value billers for Natural Gas. There is only one provider of gas, every one else is a biller. This is and has been one of the best for the 15 years I have used them.

We've used True Natural Gas for many years, and have never had a problem. Billing is clear and prices are fair. Love the hot water heater replacement, we've had to use that twice in 22 years and they had someone out the same day or the next day to fix it. Highly recommend them!

They usually have the best gas prices. That can vary, obviously with a deregulated gas market, but you get a monthly credit To your bill I think after 24 months of service, $1.50. That will usually offset any per therm price difference you are offered by a competing gas marketer.

We have been with True Natural Gas for years. Each time we have moved, I called them to set up a disconnect and connect. The people I have talked to, have always been friendly and helpful. They also, make sure to get me the best price. I appreciate the fact that they seem to value me as a customer.

I am a customers true natural gas co going to 5 years now when I needs to renew my account I make a phone call I received bad service rep is not friendly and very difficult time to getting renew every year , I am very good customers and royal to true natural gas co ! I don't understand why I got such bad services.

We have been with this company a few years now and have never had any issues. They've always been very good with competitive prices and have always notified us each year as our locked in price was coming up to and so that we could make an informed decision on what to do for the following year. Customer service is absolutely awesome

The service is reliable and consistent. The rates are very competitive and I particularly appreciate the fact that True Natural Gas sends an email before my contract expires as a reminder and provides the rates for the next contract. This advanced information makes it easy to compare rates and service contracts. I am very satisfied with the rates and service from True Natural Gas.

True Natural Gas has been my gas marketer for years since they acquired Fireside Natural Gas' customers. They're consistently the lowest cost marketer or willing to match the lost cost. I've never had any issues with billing or payment. It's a low-touch service so as long as they get the billing right and offer their service at a competitive price, I'll remain a faithful customer.

I have chosen to use True Natural Gas as my provider for the last several years. The gas is the same, the billing procedure is the same, and the cost is within a normal range of other companies. But the difference is the employees! When I call that company, the customer service reps talk to me like I am their friend. They are never demeaning, explain everything carefully, the phone is answered promptly, and they are respectful and kind. I NEVER DREAD calling them!

I've been trying to pay my mother's final bills after she passed away in December. I've had her mail forwarded for months but have never received a final bill from True Natural Gas, even after multiple calls to ask why I wasn't receiving bills. Now, months after we sold her house, I find an email to my mother, who I told them died in December, that says she owes $162. No itemization, just $162. After I pay the bill, I see that $100 of it was late fees. I called them over and over. They acted like i was trying to do something shady when I called to try to settle her account. They never sent a bill. I guess that's how you boost your late fees. I've had to deal with dozens of companies after my mom's death. Nobody was harder to work with than True Natural Gas. Now I see why. I would freeze in the street before I did business with this company again. They are awful people who made losing my Mom even harder in their attempt to extract every last penny from her.

I am impressed by the service I received from natural gas for about 6 years now. I have enjoyed an uninterrupted service since I signed up with them. The only time I had a reason to turn of my gas chamber due to emergency, I was so impressed that the re-connection was so fast that I had nothing to worry about. I had enjoyed my gas uninterrupted this pandemic period against my fears.
I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I have been a credit worthy customer paying my bills religiously.Sometimes denying myself and family some fundamentals to pay my gas ***. One thing I DO NOT appreciate is that True gas has not treated me as a valuable customer by at least giving a bonus free month payment this lock down period . I have asked for it because I am seriously impacted by all that is going on in the society and I feel not appreciated by not giving me the privileged to enjoy a month without payment. I hope I get one. I still appreciate True gas services and hope for the best.
