It has been about 3 months since Bay state has emptied the dumpster and they are supposed to come twice a month. I am a small business owner and have no way of otherwise disposing of my trash. I've repeatedly tried to call both the NH and MA. phone numbers shown on their website and can never actually get through the automated response indicating that they are assisting other customers. At one point we stayed on hold for more than an hour waiting for a representative. Earlier today, July 29th we drove to their Atkinson NH location and there were cones blocking driveway and no signs of employees or activity

I contracted with Bay State Disposal on May 26 for a 15 yard roll off dumpster to be used at my residence for two weeks. The initial price was $535. Cost of debris is an additional $130 per ton over the initial two tons. They delivered the dumpster on 5/28. I called them to let them know it was filled on 6/1 at 11:35 AM. No action was taken. I called the next day (6/2) to follow up and was told the empty and return was scheduled for Thursday, 6/3 but they would call later to confirm the time of delivery. Bay State never called. I called Bay State on Thursday morning (6/3) and they put me on hold for 30 minutes! They have no idea when they can get me a replacement 15 yard dumpster. In my opinion this is breach of contract since they are not servicing the sale. I have lost two days of realistic work while debris pile up. More if they delay even longer. I told them they need to meet their contract obligations. Invoice # was XXXXXX for Slip # XXXXX.
