Truckid is a website that sells truck accessories and parts. I ordered a product from them, but unfortunately, they never shipped it out to me. I was really disappointed and frustrated because I needed the product for my truck. I tried to contact them, but they never responded to my messages or calls. It was the worst experience ever. I had to wait for a long time to get my refund. I hope they improve their customer service and shipping process in the future. If you decide to order from Truckid, beware of the possibility of delays and lack of communication.

Truckid is the bomb! I ordered some oil and it came in just one day. I couldn't believe it, man. This shop is the real deal. My grandson works at Jiffy Lube and he was able to finish his car real quick thanks to the oil I got from Truckid. TY, Truckid! You rock!

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with TRUCKID. I ordered a subwoofer for my Ford Mustang Convertible on October 12th and the shipping said it would take 3-5 days. I was a little skeptical, but I gotta give them credit - it arrived right on time and in great condition.

I installed the subwoofer myself (which was a bit of a challenge, but that's on me) and let me tell you, it's awesome. The sound quality is top-notch and it really adds a whole new dimension to my driving experience.

I gotta give a shoutout to Plye too - this subwoofer is the real deal. And of course, TRUCKID deserves some credit too. They made the whole process super easy and hassle-free. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good product and a great experience.

Truckid is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They sent me products that were way past their expiration date. I mean, we're talking seven years past the expiration date in one case! Can you believe that? And when I contacted them about it, they acted like they didn't even know that products could expire. Like, seriously? How can a company that sells products not know that they have an expiration date?

They tried to blame the manufacturer for filling my order with expired products, but I know that's not true. There's no way that SEM would tarnish their name like that. It's clear that Truckid has no understanding of what they sell and they don't care about their customers. They just want to make a quick buck and move on to the next victim.

I received the expired products in August 2022 and I was so disappointed. I had to throw them all away and it was a complete waste of money. I would never trust Truckid again and I hope that others will learn from my mistake. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They are not worth it.

Don't waste your cash, folks! I bought a QBomb speaker box from TruckID as a gift for my loved one on December 17th, 2020. It's been weeks and I still haven't received it or any updates on when it'll arrive (it was supposed to be shipped on December 21st). TruckID keeps telling me they've tried to contact the manufacturer, Q Power, but they haven't gotten a response. It seems like I'll have to cancel my order and find a more dependable place to buy my speaker box. Their customer service and delivery are terrible!

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with TRUCKiD. My assistant accidentally ordered from them, even though we've had a rule in place to avoid CARiD (which is apparently the same company) since 2017. And let me tell you, it was a mess.

I spent most of my day trying to track down a product that they claimed was "IN STOCK," but a week after the order, they still couldn't even estimate when it would ship. Turns out, TRUCKiD doesn't actually stock anything themselves - they just direct ship from their vendors. And they lie about what's in stock on their website, because it's really just what their supplier shows. They can't verify anything, and their customer service is just plain terrible.

If you're looking for a decent turnaround time, good customer service, or just to be treated like a human being, you're not gonna find it here. I mean, just check out the CARiD reviews for more info on these folks - they've got more one-star reviews than any other level.

Today, I got hung up on by two different agents (one of them a manager!), and wasted well over an hour of my time. Sure, the price point might seem attractive, but trust me, it's not worth it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I had a really bad experience with Truckid. I was looking for an engine stand and found one on their website that said it would ship within 24 hours. I was excited to get it quickly, but then I got an email saying that shipping might be delayed because of COVID. I was okay with waiting a few extra days, but then two weeks went by, then three weeks, and I still hadn't received anything. I kept sending them messages asking for updates, but all I got were generic responses saying to wait 3-5 days for a reply. I never got any real answers.

After a month of waiting, I couldn't wait any longer and ordered the engine stand from somewhere else. I got it in just two days! I told Truckid that I didn't need the stand anymore and asked them to cancel my order. They didn't respond for six days, and then the stand suddenly showed up at my door. I was really frustrated because I had already ordered one from somewhere else, and now I had two.

I told Truckid that I didn't want the stand anymore and that I had already ordered one from somewhere else. They told me that it was my problem and that I would have to pay to ship it back. They also said that they would deduct the original shipping cost and some extra money from my refund, which meant that I would get less than half of what I paid back. I was really angry because I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.

Overall, I would not recommend Truckid to anyone. They have terrible customer service and don't seem to care about their customers at all. There are plenty of other places to shop for engine stands and other truck parts, so don't waste your time with this company.
