Trivett's Furniture review: Bedgear mattress cover and bedgear pillows

We spent over $3,000 on a new mattress and adjustable base in September. The store manager, Lynn, convinced us we should purchase the Bedgear waterproof mattress cover to be sure to "protect the mattress warranty". We also purchased two Bedgear Storm pillows. These items were $500 of the total we spent, and they are total junk. The mattress cover is so slick our sheets will not stay put and the top corners constantly pop off. Every night I wake up with the corner of the sheet at my head. Both sides come off and when you turn over the sheets are sliding all over the mattress because the cover is so slick. The pillows are supposed to be "cooling". They are cool for about 5 minutes, then feel like any other pillow, except they must weigh 20 pounds each, I have never had a heavier pillow. When I complained to Lynn she told me there is nothing they will do for us since we have used these products. How would I know how much I dislike them without using them? She also said she has sold these products for years and has had no complaints. I don't care how long she has sold them, I am very unhappy with them, especially the mattress cover. She told me to buy sheet clips to hold the sheets in place. I should not have to do this. These products are terrible and Trivetts will not stand behind them.
