I sent $125.00 deposit to Triumphant Arts Tattoo Studio LLC for a tattoo appointment in April 2022. My appointment was scheduled for July 11, 2022 @12pm. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to an emergency at work. When I contacted the tattoo shop, they told me I had to pay another $125.00 to make a new appointment and would lose my original deposit. This is not fair. I couldn't help that my job called me in last minute. I tried to get my refund back from both the tattoo artist and Cash app support, but they couldn't help. This is not good business. I paid for a service that was never provided. Please help me get my refund back.
