I've been usin BATBoys for years and wouldn't go nowhere else. They do excellent work and are very fair. I ain't got no negative thoughts 'bout this business. I recommend 'em to my family and friends.

We brought our car to B.A.T. Boys LLC for its 100,000 mile tune-up. Our car has transmission fuel that shouldn't be changed, but they went ahead and changed it anyway. They used a $3/qt version of a specialized product instead of the usual $25/qt one. To do this, they had to cut and weld the exhaust system, even though they could have just removed 4 bolts. The transmission has been slipping and getting worse, and the Dodge dealership told us that the fluid shouldn't have been changed. We had to get rid of the cheap stuff and replace it with the correct fluid. The torque converter is now damaged, but they refuse to accept any responsibility. We've tried to get them to admit their mistake multiple times, but the last time they kicked my husband off the premises and told us not to return.

We was warned 'bout B.A.T. Boys and I wish we had listened! Aside from *** at the front desk, our experience has been nothin' but trouble. Our vehicle was there over THIRTY DAYS, racking up nearly $3,700 for repairs - that we paid in cash (after a $1,200-$1,400 quote)! Our vehicle is NO better! I just left my 2nd follow up since it was "fixed" yet the problems persist! But this is THE LAST TIME they're gonna patronize us like we are too stupid to see thru their obvious lack of skill or ability to remedy the situation. This is beyond ridiculous - their last lie has been told though! They accused us of ignorin' a repair recommendation to save money while ignorin' the fact that we were readily payin' more & more every time they called claimin' somethin' else was wrong. (Electrical/Sensor issues & Overheatin'/Speed Regulation) Why on earth would a $26 fan switch be too costly after the exorbitant amount we readily paid? As someone who is disabled, I require regular medical treatment over 250miles away, I needed my vehicle to be FIXED and SAFE! Instead, I was already forced to miss TWO cardiac exams while we were strung along every time we tried to nail down when it would be completed. First it was to take i 4days. That turned into "another week or so". From the 3wk point, we added around 8 days and have had TWO additional visits since we picked it up. Now another doctor's appt is in jeopardy 'cause AGAIN, I don't know if I can trust their "professional" work on my vehicle - especially to safely drive another roundtrip 500miles on Thursday! I was disrespected, talked down to (by Andy specifically) and was left with no option but to take my vehicle home ... And park it! And not to be petty but they left grease on my drivers door & smudged it on the light tan cloth seat. It smelled like someone smoked inside but I didnt see ashes. Lastly, I literally ran out of gas as soon as I left their parkin' lot. I saw the gas light & pulled into the closest gas station maybe 1/10mi from the shop. But our car was dropped off & had between 1/4-1/2 tank of gas. it didnt occur to me as bein' an issue when I was told by *** that it was driven "4-5 times tryin' to make it do somethin'". My car literally coasted to the pump! The reviews I've read only angers me more! How can they rip people off and still have customers?!?!?!
