7/6/2023 ordered BOGO $59 (total 2 bottles), no subscription, free shipping. 7/7/2023 $129.88 KD7*KTSLM appeared on my bank statement. 7/11/2023 Received 2 bottles 500 mg Formulated with Apple Cider Vinegar Ca, Na, Mg BHB Salts; 30 gummies/bottle from Fulfillment Center PO Box 7000, Smyrna, TN 37167. Suspicious due to over-billing and NO company name or customer service info provided anywhere on bottles, package or packing slip, I called number listed this site by another consumer: 8 5 5 4 7 7 9 9 4 9. Spoke with a kind rep who first attempted to explain unauthorized billing and offer 34% (~$44) credit. I firmly refused, stating dissatisfaction with fraudulent advertising and billing and demanded immediate account closure and refund with no future shipment or billing.
Desired outcome: Glad to say, confirmed my bank account was properly credited before the end of my call. Note: I was not asked to return the product. Also, Trinity Keto+ACV 1000 mg including distributor and customer support info is available on Amazon.
This company is ripping me off! I NEVER authorized an ongoing subscription of $199.88. Now they are saying they cannot cancel this order - offering a 50% discount! FRAUD! Stay away from Keto Gummies! I will be filing complaints!
I am getting these delivered also! No phone number to call. These come from Smyrna, Tn. A Fulfillment Center. I will have my credit card to refuse to have any more charges go through.
keep trying to cancel it but its almost imposible to do it and product doesnt work .just a big scam
I also saw a charge on my account and within 10 minutes, I requested that the account be closed and a refund sent. I was informed that they cannot refund the whole amount but 50% if I wanted it now. I told them that I wanted my whole refund to which the representative told me that they cannot refund until I receive the package and call back for an authorization number. The thing is the phone number that was on my statement does not work, and I was able to reach them only after reading the complaints here that gave the number. This company is using fraudulent practices to get money from people!
I ordered these one time and they keep charging me for them and delivering them every month. How do I make it stop? I do NOT want them to continue being delivered. If I wanted more I would have ordered them! Please help!
