Trim Life Labs, Eagle Hemp LLC review: I canceled membership and they continued sending me random products I did not order.

January 2022 I ordered a diet pill from Trim Life Lab, they were Keto pills, the advertisement said buy two and get two free. They sent me four bottles and charged me $199.99. I called the same day I received them to question the billing and found out it was a membership and canceled the membership with no explanation in regards to the billing. March 17 my bank account was charged 199.99 again from Trim Life Labs the next week I received a package of random Hemp products that I did not order, again I called the number provided [protected] told them that I cancelled that membership and they said they had no record of it when I told them to make a record of it now then and since there is a money back guarantee I am sending these products back and I want my money back. They gave me a reference number to put on the package so I went to the mail box etc. postal service in town and had them package and put a tracking number to make the package where they had to sign for it when received. I have proof the package was received April 5th @11:09 A.M. by Dereck. I still have not received a refund I have called 7 times and each time they tell me they will send billing a slip and to wait 7 to 10 business days and I should receive it. I do not know what else to , they are in Florida or I would have already visited their office in person.
