I work at Tri-Dharma. Distributor po kami ng mga consumer products particularly Kopiko and Energen. Galing po ito sa Indonesia. Walang problema and producto namin. Ang problema ay ang pagnanakaw na ginagawa ng aming kumpanya sa pamamagitan ng hindi par rereport ng tamang benta at hindi pagbabayad ng tamang buwis.
Delivery Receipt lamang po ang gamit namin. May Pailan-ilan kaming Sales Invoice pero marami pa rin ang DR. Hindi po ito ni-rereport.
Kami po ay tinutulungan pa ng isang opisyal ng BIR na tumutugion sa ngalang Norma Herrera. Siya ay taga BIR sa Makati.
Ang Tri-Dharma po ay isa sa mga kumpanya ng Tao Corporation kung saan ang Altus Communication ay bahagi.Sila po aY DISTRIBUTOR ng NOKIA sa Philippines. Itong kumpanyang ito ay katulad din ng TRIDHARMA. Hindi nagbabayad ng tamang taxes. Million po ang nawawala. Noong isang taon, ni-raid ang ALTUS ng NBI dahil sa hindi pagde-declare ng high end cellphone units na inaangkat mula sa hong kong o sa NOKIA. Nabayaran po ang NBI kaya walang kasong nai-file.
Pakisiysat naman po ito. Ang office namin ay sa Polar Bear Compound sa Pasig.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hhhmmm...this true kasi nakipagnegotiate ito sa akin for distribution ng kopiko and energen and i demanded for invoice but the trucker/sales person told me that the goods already tax paid so no need to issue the receipt. E sabi ko panu naman yung store ko ano yung magiging point of reference for filing my taxes. Yung succedings orders/deliveries pinacancel ko na. I hate tax cheaters gusto lang nila kumita
is this for real?

disgruntled kalang siguro kasi na sibak ka sa trabaho...kung tutuusin walang kompanya dito sa Pinas na hindi dinaya ang declaration nang totoong income. hahaha nakakatawa ka...hindi ko alam ang tridharma pero kopiko drinker ako at anung paki ko...mag negosyo ka nalang at mandaya ka karin! good luck sayo pare ko!
