Tri-State Enterprises Inc review: Lost court

Tri State Enterprises manages a few home associations. One of which is 2255 Showers Dr, Mountain View CA. For over 8 months, the PM Jennifer Yeo, Nagi, and his team were asked to assist and identify the cause of water intrusion. They were asked by owners to test the irrigation system. In summary, due to photos & video, they were ordered by Court to pay the plaintiff. They lost the case. After months, of being ignored, it was discovered, not only was the overflow from the gutters severe, but, the irrigation system was broken & a strong full blast of water, was hitting the windows. Nagi is dishonest. He did not clean the gutters as he claimed before the rain season (November)

To all property owners, if the gutters are not cleaned and overflow. The window or patio door, weep holes plug. This causes water intrusion. This occurred at another complex on 100 W El Camino Real Moutain View. Which is also managed by Tri State. It damaged the patio doors, interior & frame.
Nagi shows up with his attorney & Jennifer Yeo, Cameron to each meeting. Why? Its either control or he thinks his staff is incompetent.
Jennifer Yeo is also a licensed Realtor, Rosso Real Estate. Rosso's President is Nagi Chami. There is 7 on Your Side, Dept of Real Estate and SILVAR. The real estate board, in which complaints can further be filed (i. e Jennifer Yeo)

Adam Braun gave a 5 star review on Google. He is the President of the HOA Board at Showers so his review is biased. This post is for others to raise awareness. We will pursue this through the proper legal channels & through various Boards & Media.
