Tri-County Lexus review: Paul Lawrence from Tri-County Lexus Review

Paul Lawrence from Tri-County Lexus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The experience was almost perfect except for the fact that he made a promise to deliver the car early, unfortunately it did not happen. He told us the car arrived on Monday and was being serviced that night. When we went to the dealership the next day, the car was actually still in transit and finally came Wednesday night. When we finally picked up the car on Friday, Paul was very accommodating and explained as much about the car as possible juggling in between customers. Overall Paul did a great job the way he handled himself and the treatment we received while we were there.
