Tri Area Trucking School / Ross Education review: My desired outcome is just to have my son receive his refund of $4,900.00 in the mail promptly that is it.

My son signed up for trucking school and paid upfront then had a change of heart the day the class started. So, on September 19, 2022, he cancelled the class asking for a refund. This was the first day of class and they said they would honor refund discussing this on September 19,2022.

I was unaware he paid, and he told me that they said it would take 30 days for the refund of $4,900.00

So, the 30 days came and nothing in the mail. So, I decided to call the phone number [protected] and a receptionist answers the phone and I explain the situation. She didn't know the details and said that the previous handler was fired and never submitted the students refund requests. She transferred me to a man by the name of Tony and he said that he submitted all the refund requests last Friday on Oct 21,2022. Which is over a month later.

I called corporate office number [protected] ext. 20050 which just went to voicemail, but I called back and spoke with someone, and they said it was being reviewed and the refund will be coming but never gave a date.
