Hi book a flight to brasil on may 25 2020 and then i found out a couple days later that there was a travel ban in place from the us and brasil i call travelopod to cancel my ticket i told them about ban and azul airlines would not let get on the plane this is all do to covid-19 but they will not refund my money because the plane was still going witch makes no sense so i email the airline and i received and email from them saying do to the covid-19 pandemic they authorizes a full refund of my ticket but still travelopod will not refund my money so now i contacted bbb to file a complaint and so far they will not refund my money i think if they honest company they would have told me when first call that i could not go but they just wanted my money
