THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! My mother purchased 3 tickets 3 months before Christmas. Her card was charged, but when they arrived at the airport, their tickets DID NOT EXIST. After much searching, the ticket agent eventually found a record of the purchase, but the tickets had been exchanged multiple times. End result -- they weren't allowed to fly and their trip was cancelled. Still waiting to see if the company resolves this issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wish I had read these complaints first! Booked a ticket, checked it over 12 hours later, then the flight was canceled but United still has a pending charge on my card! Will not be using Travelation or United!

I think that you people owe walter and rit a hainey somehing besides a e are orry for the mistake i listed the flight a a nontop.
so what are you going t do about the istake. maybe a complant to the betterbusiness bureau is what is needed to clear up this mistake so it will not happen again. the n ext customer will not book a non stop flight that turns into a one stop that takes two hours longer than it should. my wife is handicapped in wheel chair which made it unbearable for her. signed walter hainey..

i think someone made a big mistake in listing 1944 as nnstop.
I booked a flight round trip to orlando on march 9 and return on march 23 and on your web it was listed as n on stop as i requisted..air tran to orlando and US airways on the way back to boston mass. air tran was good b ut US airways chan ged our flight from 1944 to 1776 with one stop in Cnarotte. my wife and i left orlando at 5 pm and it took uo until 11:5 to get to Boston. was this yourmistake or US airways?
