Transmissions 4 Less Company of America review: Fraud

PLEASE DO NOT patronize 6415 S. State Chicago, IL Transmissions4 less this is a horrible business. The owner Salim Safran quoted one price to rebuild my transmission on my 2017 Ford Edge and came back and tried to increase the price. I refused as this was not what we agree upon. The quote was for $2200, and he increase it to $2600. After receiving my car from the shop on March 3, 2025, 1 day later, I brought it back as the transmission was not shifting correctly. I was told by Evette a gray hair woman who works the front desk, who become very aggressive and rude when you ask questions to give it more time. My car is my sole means of transportation to get back and forth to work. The warranty is 6months or 3000 miles whichever comes first. Here we are after multiple time of bringing my car back, transmission is completely out. Now, September my transmission out. I'm out of $2200 and when come to discuss, they agreed to look at the transmission. Concluding I'm out of warranty. After coming and asking to see the owner, I was asked to leave and then they demanded we take the vehicle right than even though it not running. Mr. Safran has no respect for people who patronize his business. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. I don't believe they are paying taxes and operating as a cash business. This guy is not an honest businessman please review the google reviews. You will see a trend of horrible business practices.
