Trans Direct Couriers review: Lost my parcel

So Lex Heinemann has payed collection from Ryan 1 Banyula court golden square Bendigo the parcel was picked up before 945 31/3 I forgot to get him to to sign the paper as in driver my house mate seen it all so I carryed the box out the driver said all is good an drove away young bloke early 20s brown hair so I didn't think much of the delivery about 4 weeks had passed Lex sent me a message an said they never come so he tryed ringing trans direct an they kept saying they would Ring him back never did so I rang an they did the parcel never got picked up so they said they have done a investigation an found nothing booking number cpwagvbkooo174309 so I just found out that they refunded Lex an said to me that they can't do anything about my parcel witch is a big box 610x450x420 an at least 20 kg Bron box stock no 1355754 please help as what is in the box is very hard to replace plus I've done nothing wrong I feel they have stolen off me regards Ryan
