NYC wrote into law about 8 -10 years ago that gotcha tickets that run from 9:00 - 9:05 cannot be issued by street warriors for street cleaning. Tell me why this rogue ticket issuer is giving out tickets within this time! Can he not READ?!? He shouldn't be doing this job if he has problems with attention to detail. The he even put the street cleaning hours at 8am-9:30am when the street I'm on starts at 9am - 10:30am! He should not be doing this job if he does not know how to do it and its a simple job. This incompetence costs people a lot of money and it also wastes the city's time and money dealing with false cases! Adding to that can put people in unstable financial situations and or create situations where people get desperate because of the financial situations they might be in and forced to deal with because of the losses that mount up from these inconvenient rules. I suggest someone else be put on this zone and he be written up for lack of attention to the job or he be relieved of his duties. Because If I made a left on a no turning left sign I will be written up. Fair is Fair.
This is an official Civilian complaint. I will be visiting Precinct 075 Immediately!
