Traffic Agency Command T-301, Tax Reg#350428 review: Unjustified ticket $115.00

I was given a ticket for $115.00 for allegedly parking 5 feet within a Hydrant. This Block Lincoln Ave between Fulton Street & Atlantic Ave is full of illegally parked cars. There's several vehicle repair shops on the corner of Lincoln & Atlantic Avenues, also a unauthorized body shop on Lincoln Ave off of Fulton St. These shops have up to (4) vehicles with no license Plates near the corner of Fulton and up 7 on Atlantic & Lincoln Avenues. So you're talking about up 11 parking spots that DO NOT get Ticketed at all DAILY! So the legitimate tax paying citizens have to wrestle alligators to get a parking spot. To make matters worst you have Lazy thirsty Traffic Agents unjustly giving out tickets to the people of this block.
