I have sent two tickets, one early in December and the other more recently and have not had a response. When I send a ticket, there is no evidence that it was sent. On January 2, 2023, I sent an email to [protected]@tradeview.com, but I had a response stating that they don't offer email support.
When I try to pay for a new subscription, the error message "Tax Identification Number Format is Incorrect" keeps appearing.
