Company refused to reimburse for a package they claimed to have sent, citing lack of filed claim with USPS, but the package type (international and priority) was ineligible for claim filing. Therefore, Trekkinn provides no real recourse for a missing package (though it's not even clear it was sent).

Order number is [protected] and was placed on October 15, 2022. Package was never received. Customer service was contacted on November 10, 2022, for the first time. The seller thought the package was still in customs. Two days later, seller claimed instead that packaged had been delivered, and made the request to file a complaint with USPS if that was not the case. This was attempted the following day, at which point I discovered it was not possible to do so and recontacted them. Subsequently, seller continued to just repeat the same request that a claim must be filed with USPS even though I provided them with information that it was not possible to do so (a picture of the website showing that no claim was allowed on the tracking number they provided me). After a week had passed, the seller than said that I was supposed to put a claim within a week and, since I had not, they could not help me. This is obviously highly disingenuous business practices.
