Sent an email asking to be sent 6 new batteries because they are supposed to be free. The customer service rep was very rude, speaking to me as if I was incompetant of understanding what he was saying, even asking me if someone took care of me. Then when I couldn't get a word, I said "Hey". He proceeds to say "Don't you "hey" me you [censored]ing [censored]!" Then proceeded to keep calling me after I hung up on him, after 6 calls I blocked the number. He also tried to charge $68 dollars for batteries that are supposed to be free. Never doing business with this company again.
