Toyota Parts Zone review: Buyer beware

BUYER BEWARE. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

I entered my vehicle information on their website, and their parts lookup selected the part they said fit my vehicle. I ordered it based on that recommendation. When it arrived, I immediately realized it was the wrong part. I never opened the package because I could tell from the part number and packaging that it was incorrect.

I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and even sent photos of my existing part along with the correct Toyota part number to show that their website had recommended the wrong item. The part was unopened and still in its original packaging.

They refused to accept a return solely because it was classified as an electrical part, even though it was never opened or installed. As a result, I’m out $80 because of an error caused by their own parts lookup system.

If you order from this company, verify the part number yourself before purchasing. If their website recommends the wrong part, don’t expect them to stand behind it.
