Claims rep service
It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the claims line. I've called several numbers and left numerous voice messages and emails and to date have not received a single call back. It's been a few months since I last spoke to someone from this company and since then I've called about 20 different times and sent several emails. I do not know what else to do.

Claim Services - Unresponsive
Claim representatives, S. Baez and B. Navarrete do not return phone calls or respond to emails. I left voicemails for both on: 5/3/23, 5/5/23, 5/9/23, 5/11/23, 5/15/23, 5/17/23, 5/22/23, 5/31/23; they have not return my call. Also, if you call the mail Claim phone number [protected], you can be on hold for hours. The 844 phone number has the option of get a call back without lose your spot in line but I've actually received a call back days after I select this option. It's the worst customer service; the type that never answers or calls back.
Desired outcome: Get a call back and answers to the questions I've left on the voicemails.
