Towne Park review: Damage to my vehicle
My car was vandalized by a Towne valet employee at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo CA. I was dropping off my sick grandchild at the emergency room and they would not allow me to let her out of the vehicle at the ER entrance. She was vomiting blood and I was very worried. I let her and a family member out anyway and then drove away. I came back 15 minutes later and allowed them to park my car. Approximately 8 hrs later, we came out of the ER and the valet employee said they had broke the handle off the wiper mechanism and also couldn't get the key out of the ignition that it was stuck.
Claimed loss: My car has been in the shop for over a week which is a MAJOR inconvenience because Towne Valet will not follow up on several messages left by myself and my Insurance Company!
Desired outcome: I want them to pay for the damage done by their employee so I can get my car back and get on with my life!
