On 3 September 2017 I deleted my Twoo.com account and received an email confirmation from you on 4 September 2017 confirming the account deletion. Then, on 12 September 2017 my bank account was debited by your site for 399THB. Needless to say, I was not happy. I thought that account deletion was the same as membership cancellation. So, on 3 October 2017, I sent an email to [protected]@twoo.com about the problem and to cancel my membership to which I have not received a reply.
I want immediate cancellation of my membership and a refund of the 399THB.
