Ordered some stuff from ToolFetch on March 28, 2014, and it's been a real hassle. I ain't received no email or phone call about my order, so I went to check the website and found out that my merchandise has been backed ordered until April 11, 2014. Ain't no telling when I'm gonna get it. It ain't like I ordered something special, just some 4" grinder blades. I should have known something was up when I had to reapply for the shipping quote. This company is a joke. They need to spend some money on customer service! I checked out other reviews on this company, and there's a lot of 1-star ratings. I should have done some research before, but that's on me. Looks like the 5-star ratings they got were probably written by an employee, 'cause it was either a 1-star or a 5-star, nothing in between. I ain't gonna use this company again.
