Subject: Good to go bag order number 5y1a6c2q717go
Hi Please can you help.
My wife signed up for a good to go bag today something we have never done before. I was excited to see what we would get and left home with a copy of the mail at 630 pm to get to the store for 700 pm.
I went to the wrong store in Strood and they were kind enough to direct me to the correct place.
The correct store was Morrison at Cuxton road Strood ME2 2NY. I got to the store at 715 and was told by a member of staff after he checked my order number that there was nothing for me I was too late and the order had been cancelled as there was no food. This is not factually correct as there was a table full of reduced food and plenty of food on the shelves.
When I came home empty handed and disapointed and £3.29 out of pocket including the time and fuel it cost me to go and collect it I found we had been sent a message at 6.46 saying our order was cancelled by the store saying there was no surplus food available, this was after I had left to go to the store. As I have already said this is not factually correct and I can send you photos if you wish.
This was a not a very good experience for us and a bad reflection of the Morrison good name.
I look forward to your reply and hearing how you can put this poorly managed situation right. Many thanks Jeremy Drew from you
