Tonic Salon and Spa STC review: BAD SERVICE 1

!WARNING!

I had recently gone to Tonic Salon & Spa at Scarborough town center for a service gone BAD!
After speaking with mangers and trying to get a response from head office for over three weeks with no accommodation I've decided to inform the public. I've had to cut off over 5" of hair due to damage - which is huge for me because my hair grows very slowly. It's breaking off at the root!
Some of you may be thinking "so what, it's hair", but it's more about the lack of qualification of their staff. I've done research and found more clients who have had bad services performed by the staff at this salon.
I feel that if someone had a bad contractor or bad service in any industry I would like to be informed!
So please, help me spread the word about this so they don't do it to anyone else. It would be one thing if it was just me, but there are more "victims".
