First of all, the assistant manager is not courteous. She didn't even smile at all nor greet the customer at least hi or hello. They are not knowledgeable about the returns. I bought some bags worth more than $200 so I can avail the discount from my email that Tommy Hilfiger sent to me. They said, including the manager, that all sales are final. I asked them "what if there's a hidden defect?" They said I can't return it nor exchange. They said I should check it first before purchasing it. It's not even clearance items. Obviously, they don't know the meaning of "hidden defect" and they are not following the rights of the consumers to return or exchange the items within a certain period of time. Please undergo your employees for seminars. Horrible customer service.
