Cashier #106 assisted me today with my return and Apparently she was the Store Manager. To my Surprise their was nothing professional about her. She did not said hello after I waited in line for my turn. I was feeling her attitude from the beginning with other customers before me but didn't pay much attention until it was my turn. I live five minutes from this Mall and happen to visit it almost every day and if this is what Tommy Hilfiger has to offer I will take my business some where else.
In the end She did do my return but it was the most non friendly, full of attitude like some one who don't want to come to work but they have no choice kind of experience I faced.
