Toll Brothers - Florida review: Bad plumbing

In Jun 2017, my wife and I moved into our new home in Julington Lakes located in St Johns, FL. After a few weeks, while downstairs, I noticed knocking noises from the plumbing lines coming from the master bed room bathroom upstairs whenever my wife would have water running for her bath or shower. For months, I tried to get Toll Brothers to repair this, but I could never contact them and none of my messages where answered/no return phone calls. After a year of trying and a weak attempt at Toll Brothers fixing the problem, I gave up. I was told that the knocking is from the pvc pipes expanding once water runs through them and that it was normal. Now... I can't sell my house because no one wants to deal with this.
