Today Show and Invicta Watch review: Not receiving the watch I order and not getting any reply to numerous emails to both companies

I ordered a watch December 1, 2021. I received an email and tracking on December 13 and the tracking said "on the way". I waited 5 days and reached out to both companies because the email said I should receive it soon. I reached out to both companies multiple time with no response. I have order from the Today show steals and deal at least 10 times in 2021 including 5 Christmas presents and never had an issue until now. Poor customer service by both companies.
