Last November 2021, I ordered 2 pairs of caterpillar shoes from this site caterpillarphilippines.net — now www.caterpillar.top.ph, & caterpillarsafety. shoes (beware of this looking legit sites!) upon payment I receipt email confirmation from [protected]@tobenoshop1.com and no message from the site, the debited amount from my credit card also rise up. whaaotta too much! So after I reported the incident to the cc company, hoping I will be able to cancel the transaction but too late it was already posted, they told me to cancel it first from the merchant which I dont know how to contact since they dont provide it from their website, even their delivery time not indicated, too late to know I was just scammed! Waste of money!
same here. my husband used my cc to purchase a shoes in caterpillarphilippines.net, and the transaction that I received from sms is from Euro headshop which is the amount is in euros instead of Peso, after 3 days we realised we got scammed there is no cancellation and contact number for this website. I called to my bank to cancel the transaction but unfortunately they cannot but they will do investigation first if they can refund the money and they block my card for safety purposed.

Where you able to receive or claim a refund?
as per the bank, it will take 90 days to wait if they can refund my money, still not sure. there is no cancellation of order in that website or any claim for refund. so you dont have a choice just to inform your bank to cancel the transaction.
